Foreign Website Inquiry Message Inquiry Filter Grid

On July 25, 2022, I received an inquiry message from a foreign website asking for a wire grid. The customer just left a message on the website saying that a wire grid was needed, and the specific specifications and requirements were not specified. Called the customer directly but did not answer, and sent an email to the customer to ask the customer what equipment the wire grid is mainly used for? What are the grid size, grid ratio, grid density and focal length?
