A customer from Shanghai called to inquire about some matters about the x ray grid, and said that a 18X18 x ray grid is needed. I added his WeChat, and sent him some basic information and pictures of the x ray grid through WeChat, as follows:
(1) Variable size
From standard 5×7” to 14×51”, special sizes can also be customized according to customer requirements. The grid size is one inch larger than the corresponding film size.
(2) Variable gate ratio
From 3:1 to 15:1, the grid ratio refers to the ratio of the height of the lead grid bar to the width of the gap.
(3) Focal length range
From the standard short focal length (26″-32″), the focal length (34″-44″) and the far focal length (40″-72″, 48″-72″ 60″-72″) to infinity (parallel lines).
(4) High-density x ray grid
From 60 or 70 lines/talent, to high density (85 lines/inch), ultra high density (103 lines/inch), invisible lines (105 lines/inch), super invisible lines (170 or 200 lines/inch) .
