Use of x-ray grids.

The x-ray grid is divided into the focusing plane and the back-focusing plane. The focusing plane is the one facing the focus of the X-ray tube, also known as the “incident plane”. A label is affixed to the focusing surface and the center line of the grid is marked. When using, it must be directed towards the X-ray tube. At the same time, in the upper right corner of the panel, technical parameters such as focal length, grating ratio and grating density of the x-ray grid must be marked to indicate its internal performance.

X-ray grid is the most effective method to reduce the influence of radiation on photographs.

The higher the grid ratio, the stronger the ability of eliminating scattering rays, and the greater the exposure of patients.
