What are the principles and targets of the x ray grid

The x ray grid is composed of many thin lead bars and low density materials which are easy to penetrate the line as fillers, arranged alternately. In on-line photography, the center line of X-ray is aligned with the center of the x ray grid. The direction of original ray projection is in the same direction as the lead bar arrangement gap of the x ray grid. It can reach the film through the lead bar gap. The scattering line produced by the object is multi-center and multi-direction. Most of the scattering lines are absorbed by the lead bar, only a small one. Partly passed. In the use of filter grid, the line tube voltage must exceed 60KV.
What are the principles and targets of the x ray grid
Indicators of x ray grid:
(1) Ratio (R): grating ratio of lead height of x ray grid to filler amplitude
(2) Line density (n) n denotes the line logarithm formed by the lead bar and its spacing within the unit distance (1 m) on the surface of the filter grate, and is expressed by the common line/cm.
