How should we choose the x ray grid correctly

To select the x ray grid, we must choose the correct gate ratio according to the KV value of the radiation. High KV rays choose high gate ratio x ray grid, so we can not blindly select high-density x ray grid.
The selection of x ray grid is based on the ray energy, the thickness of the irradiated object and the radiation field.
The rule of selecting x ray grid is that the x ray grid with high KV correspond to high grid ratio. The x ray grid with a grid ratio higher than 10:1 and lower than 90 KV should be selected when the grid ratio is above 90 KV and less than 8:1.

The common x ray grid in the market are regular DR, and the line density commonly used on the C arm is the 60LP/CM x ray grid.
