The x ray grid is used to filter out the influence of scattered rays on the film. It should be placed between the human body and the film, and most of the scattered rays can be filtered out, and only a small part of the scattered rays can pass through.
The appearance of the filter grid is a flat plate with a thickness of 4~8mm. The internal structure is formed by intersecting many thin lead bars. The two lead bars are filled with X-ray transparent material for positioning, and are bonded together. The filler can be wood, paper or aluminum sheet. Finally, it is encapsulated with a thin aluminum plate to form a filter grid.
A few days ago, a customer consulted our filter grid. The customer’s requirements were: grid density 60L/cm, size 18×18, grid ratio: 10:1, focal length: 1.5 meters. Our grid has many sizes, the minimum size is: 6×8 (15×20cm), the maximum size is 18×18 (46×46cm), the grid ratio is 8:1, 10:1 and 12: 1. The focal length is suitable for 5*7-17*17 photosensitive materials, with a focal length of 0.7-1.8m.
