Why use x-ray grid?

Newheek’s x-ray grid have four main types: fixed grids, moving grids, DR-specific and circular x-ray grid for image intensifiers.

Why use x-ray grid? When X-ray irradiates the object under test, because of Compton effect, the image will produce a sense of fog, resulting in the situation of unclear image, which can be effectively limited by the use of x-ray grid in the second stage.
