Classification of x-ray grids.

According to the structure, it can be divided into convergent grids, parallel grids, cross grids and arc grids.

Convergence grid: Each lead bar tilts toward the focus, i.e. the lead extension line concentrates on the focus.

Parallel grid: Each lead bar is parallel to each other in the vertical plane

Crossing grid: composed of two parallel grids, the direction of lead bar is 90 degrees each other.

Arc grate: The center expands outward and the equal radius overlaps, tile-like.

According to the material, it can be divided into common x-ray grids and metal x-ray grids.

Commonly used x-ray grids: the internal spacer is composed of non-metallic materials, such as wood, paper, plastic and other non-metallic low density materials;

All-metal x-ray grids: The internal spacer is metal material: aluminium sheet, which has high strength and good moisture resistance.
