Distance between detector and grid

Some customers inquire about the distance between the detector and the grid. Usually in X-ray photography, the grid is placed between the flat panel detector and the limb, the distance from the focal point to the grid is equal to the focal length of the grid, and the centerline of the X-ray is aligned with the centerline of the grid. For the distance between the flat panel detector and the filter grid, you can refer to the manual. Generally, the flat panel detector and the filter grid can be placed according to the position of the card slot of the chest film rack or the film box of the photographic flat bed.
When installing the flat panel detector, pay attention to:
Adjust the distance between the receiving surface of the flat panel detector and the tube to be 1800 10mm.
Adjust and check that the receiving surface of the flat panel detector is vertical, ≤0.5 degrees.
Pay attention when installing the grid
Adjust the parallelism between the grid and the receiving surface of the flat panel detector, ≤0.5mm.
Use calipers to measure the distance between each side of the grid and the receiving surface of the flat panel detector.
