Indonesian customers saw our company’s product X-ray grid through our company’s website and were very interested in asking about the X-ray grid.
What the customer wants is a 14*17 X-ray grid, and inform the customer that other parameters of the X-ray grid are needed, such as grid ratio, grid density, focal length, etc. The customer replied that the grid ratio is 10:1, the grid density is 40L/CM, and the focal length is 1.1 meters.
I sent the customer the product information of the X-ray grid, and quoted the price to the customer. The customer responded that the price was appropriate and would confirm the order before contacting us.
