Recently, a customer asked about our fixed x-ray grid. The appearance of the fixed x-ray grid is a flat plate with a thickness of 4-8mm. The internal structure is formed by crossing many thin wires. The two guides are filled with X-ray transparent material for positioning and bonded together. The filler can be wood, paper or aluminum.
Finally, it is packaged with a thin aluminum plate to form a filter screen. From the cross section, the arrangement direction of the filter plate’s lead bars will converge a little. From the whole fixed x-ray grid, there is a convergence line.
