What are the classifications of fixed X-ray grids and what are the differences?

Fixed X-ray grids are divided into convergent grids, parallel grids, and cross grids, each of which is described in detail as follows:
Convergence grid: There is a flat plate outside the fixed X-ray grid to protect the paper strip filler in the gap between the lead strips and the lead strips inside the fixed X-ray grid. The paper strip fillers are arranged obliquely in the direction of the focus convergence line to ensure that the horizontal extension lines of each lead strip are gathered together, and then the aluminum plates are used to encapsulate them up and down.
Among them, the characteristic of the convergence grid is that each lead strip inside it is inclined to a certain angle with the lead strip in the center as the midpoint to ensure that the horizontal extension lines of the lead strips converge together, and the converging line is called Convergence line. The point where the convergence line intersects the vertical line at the center of the fixed X-ray grid is called the focal point.
Parallel grid: The external structure of the fixed X-ray grid is the same as that of the focus grid. Both the internal lead strips and the paper strip filler in the gap between the lead strips are protected by aluminum plates, but the internal lead strip structure is different. The internal lead strips of the parallel grid are vertical The axes are aligned and parallel to each other.
Cross gate: After understanding the parallel gate structure, the understanding of the cross gate is very simple. You can understand the cross gate as a composition of two parallel gates placed cross each other.
Among them, our commonly used fixed X-ray grid is the convergence grid. We at Newheek are a specialized manufacturer of fixed X-ray grids. If you need to purchase a fixed X-ray grid, please contact us.
