Why can x-ray grid improve image quality ?

The anti-scattering x-ray grid is used to improve the results of radiography.
The x-ray grid captures the scattered radiation passing through it, allowing only the radiation of the main beam.
There are many types of x-ray grid, suitable for each type of use and examination (lung, pelvis, spine, bedplate, veterinary use, etc.).
The grid spacing of anti-scattering filter is pure aluminium, which makes the absorptivity between lines and space good, thus obtaining better image quality.
The available sizes of x-ray grid are 18x24cm, 24x30cm, 30x40cm, 35x35cm and 35x43cm.
