Before exposure, the drive unit aligns the X-ray grid with the lead strip. The movement in the vertical direction until the exposure is completed can stop the shadow of the lead tape, so the movable X-ray grid does not require a high grid ratio and grid density, and can use low-density X-ray grid applications .
For non-metallic X-ray grid ratio and grid density, the content of the space between the grids is non-metallic, such as plastic, paper, etc., and its moisture resistance is weak. Measures must be taken to prevent moisture. The metal X-ray grid is filled with metal such as aluminum and has strong moisture resistance.
